We Can Ship to these States with the following restrictions:
CA, CO, WA, FL - No Limit
AK - A Reasonable Amount - Limited Regions - check with your state
NY - 36 cases / year
OH - 24 cases / year / aggregate (all wineries) Date of Birth, Purchaser & Recipient
NH - 5 cases / year / Household Limited Counties - check with your state
WI - 3 cases / year Date of Birth, Purchaser & Recipient
IL, MN, WY - 2 cases / year
IA, ID, MO, NC, NM, OR, VA - 2 cases / month
NV, ND - 1 case / month
TX - 3 gallons / month ( 15 bottles )
DC - 1 bottle / month

You must be in our tasting room to order for the following states:
AZ, DE, GA, KS, LA, ME, MT, NE, OK, RI, SD, TN

Sales Tax will be charged for the following states:
CA 7.25%, ID 6%, LA 4%, NE 5.5%, NV 7%, NC 6.75%, ND 8%, NY 7%, TX 6.25%, VA 5%, WA 6.5%

We currently cannot ship to the following states:
AL, AR, CT, HI, IN, KY, MD, MA, MI, MS, NE, NJ, PA, SC, UT, VT, WV

Wine Club Members receive a 20% discount on all purchases. All wine club orders are subject to verification.

By ordering wine online from L. Foppiano Wine Co., Inc., you agree that:

1. You are purchasing the wine in California and are authorizing us to act on your behalf to arrange a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
